This blog is the culmination of years of admiration for the grape growing and wine making processes. After many days and nights of “practicing” I have combined my wine notes to produce an honest take on wines, wineries and the business surrounding the art. No ratings are included in my opinion as peoples’ palates are as unique as the wines they taste.
I am doing research. And I am inquiring if the person that serves wine at a fine restaurant is in fact called the “Winnoisseur”

No, unfortunately that is just the name I give myself. I believe the word you are looking for is: sommelier. Wikipedia actually has a wonderful definition.
